Though a little on the thin side, this steak browns well while maintaining a lovely pinkish-red colour inside. Seasoning adds depth to its meaty aroma and many found its seared smell appealing. Testers loved the texture of the steak - tender with just the right amount of chew - and were pleased by the charred notes, which added depth to its taste.
Some felt the overall flavour wasn’t strong enough.
