This rib-eye melts deliciously in the mouth and has a meaty, chargrilled scent, which enticed testers from the start and reminded some of a roast dinner. The finely cut steak has been matured for 65 days, giving it an initial deep flavour. There's an intense umami taste too, but this sadly dissipates quickly.
Most testers enjoyed its caramelised fat, with only a few complaining of its greasiness.
