This tender cut of beef has the right kind of chewiness - it melts in the mouth and gives the steak a complex and satisfying texture. It has an intensely rich, meaty aroma that had testers looking forward to an impactful and flavoursome bite. Hearty in taste, the steak has a strong, natural beefy flavour that's enhanced by slight caramelisation (thanks to the seared edges).
Sadly, the flavour is short-lived as some testers felt it became bland too quickly.
