This rib-eye has an enticingly beefy, chargrilled aroma, thanks to how easily it sears. The natural sweet taste of the meat is enjoyable and extra seasoning enhances its richness. However, the wateriness of the steak was disappointing. 

There were pockets of tenderness in this rib-eye and it looked juicy and lean, but many found it quite chewy.
