This thick cut of beef has a rich, earthy aroma that caramelises when cooked.
Testers enjoyed the combination of flavours, which is a mix of freshly charred meat and buttery fat. The fat was crispy, too.
Some testers found parts of the steak a little chewy though, and others wished for a deeper savoury taste from the meat.
